The department reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Access to the Portal is restricted to students who are officially registered with the

- The department is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. Enrollment & Fees
- Students must pay the applicable enrollment fee for each academic session to confirm their registration.
- All fees are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed by the payment gateway.
- Failure to complete payment within the enrollment period may result in loss of access to departmental activities.
- The department is not responsible for failed transactions caused by your bank or card provider.
5. Elections
- Only fully enrolled students with confirmed fee payments are eligible to vote or contest in elections.
- Each student is entitled to cast one vote per position during an active election.
- Votes are final and cannot be changed or retracted after submission.
- Candidates must pay the applicable nomination fee before their application is considered.
- Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or compromise the integrity of the election process will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to disciplinary action.
- The department's decision on all election disputes is final and binding.
6. Events & Nominations
- Eligible students may apply as nominees for departmental events during the open nomination period.
- Voting for event nominees follows the same rules as election voting.
- The department reserves the right to disqualify any nominee found to have violated event guidelines.
7. Prohibited Conduct
While using the Portal you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Portal or another student's account.

from your use of or inability to use the Portal, including loss resulting from system
downtime, payment failures, or data errors.
10. Termination
