Any enrolled student in good standing may apply for any of the positions below during the application period.

Election Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility
  • Must be a registered and enrolled student of the department.
  • Enrollment fee must be fully paid for the current session.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • A student may only contest for one position per election.
Application Process
  • Applications are submitted through the student portal during the open period.
  • Nomination fees must be paid before your application is reviewed.
  • Applications are reviewed and approved by the department admin.
  • Approved candidates appear on the ballot for voting.
Voting
  • Only enrolled students with paid fees may vote.
  • Each student is entitled to one vote per position.
  • Voting is conducted electronically through the student portal.
  • Votes are anonymous and cannot be changed after submission.
Results & Conduct
  • Winners are determined by the highest number of votes per position.
  • Results are published on this portal after the election closes.
  • Any form of electoral misconduct will lead to disqualification.
  • The department admin's decision on disputes is final.
